I know baths have style of become the cliche for self-treatment but Truthfully, my nightly bath ritual is my self-care. I typically dump a bunch of bath salts to the bath, placed on a facial area mask and skim a e book. It isn’t extravagant and it’s never ever Instagrammable but it’s comforting, comforting and an ideal way to finish my day. B
